BN Papéis is, for the second consecutive year, one of the best companies to work for in Brazil, in the national ranking of the Great Place to Work Award, an international institute that rewards the best people management practices in small, medium and large companies. The company is also part of the list of the best in Santa Catarina for six consecutive years (2012-2017), and was able to celebrate the national achievement last Monday (13), in an event held at Espaço das Américas, in São Paulo (SP) ).
To reach the podium and remain among the best, BN Papers invests in its most precious asset: people. To this end, it promotes courses and encourages education for employees, transforming the work environment into a place for growth. The company reached this level, with projects aimed at education, such as the “Fundamentando Sonhos”, a program to encourage the continuity of studies for both employees and the community.
For the founding director, Carlos Stein, exceeding the goals achieved is one of the company’s priorities at the moment. “Winning this award is a source of great pride, as it is a recognition of people for the company and for what we offer. We have a culture of being close and having this dedication for people, always making continuous improvements for a comfortable, safe, challenging and playful environment ”, points out Stein.
